Dynamic Weighing

Dynamic weighing is performed on moving conveyor belts using belt scales and belt speed sensors. These devices can be retrofitted to existing conveyor systems. When integrated with electronic controllers, they provide accurate measurements of mass flow rate and total flow rate along the belt.

Applications for Dynamic Weighing Include:

Static Weighing

Static weighing involves the installation of load cells at the base of silos, tanks, or process vessels. This enables precise monitoring of the mass of materials contained within a stationary vessel. Static weighing systems also help prevent overfilling, improving safety and efficiency.
