A recent requirement was to measure the flow rate of water within the pipe without entering the pipe for a short term project only. The pipe was exposed so the solution had to include a durable waterproof housing.

The Katronic’s KATflow 210 clamp-on flowmeter provided the perfect solution with the advanced ultrasonic technology, advanced battery option and durable waterproof housing allowing the flowmeter to be used in the exposed location.

With the requirement being only short term it was also possible for the customer to hire the clamp-on flowmeter on a week to week basis until the project was complete.

The KATflow 210 is an ideal flowmeter solution for applications including leakage surveys, metering in pits, wells and areas that are prone to flooding.
